Saiddharth Mathur (Sharman Joshi) goes to Mauritius with his parents (Shabana Azmi and Boman Irani) for his elder brother - Harsh’s (Sanjay Suri) wedding. Their mother is angry at Harsh for deciding to get married without consulting them.

Harsh, pre-occupied with work, can spend little time with his family and leaves it to his fiancée (Chitrangada Singh) to take them around Mauritius before the wedding. Angry with her son, Harsh’s mother does not make an effort to get to know Aaliyah. Thus, Aaliyah and Siddharth end up spending loads of time together. Feeling neglected by her career-obsessed fiancée, Aaliyah is drawn to Siddharth, who is also attracted to her. A horrified Siddharth battles this attraction desperately, but Aaliyah pursues him with single-minded determination. When Siddharth’s defenses start crumbing and his mother gets suspicious, all hell breaks loose in the Mathur family.
