According to Akki Sikhs are one of the most intelligent and bravest section of Indian community. Thus Akki wanted to play a true Sikh with the turban to raise the respect and importance to the community he loves all over the world. Reports also say that even the title of the movie that is Singh is King was suggested by the action hero Akshay Kumar himself which he says he saw that written behind a truck!!. With an true respect like this Akshay might just beat the popularity of Sunny Paaji in Punjab. This movie also stars Katrina Kaif in the female lead role and Akshay-Katrina is said to be the most attractive and loved couple among audiences.
