Participant of Bigg Boss Season 2, Zulfi Syed is all set to produce a play based on the show.

Although they didn’t win the show, the participants of the show have enthusiasm about the concept pf the show. And for that Sanjay Nirupam (one of the participants of Bigg Boss Season 2) wants to make a play based on the show.

Sanjay said, “People who loved the show will like the play too. I have spoken to Zulfi (Syed) about it. I have told him that he has to produce the play. I have even spoken to Debojit as the story and his singing will go hand in hand for the play.”

Talking about himself Sanjay added, “I am a politician, let me be that only.”

However, the excited Zulfi said, “I think we should do it. It will be a great idea if all the members of the Bigg Boss house agree. Alina, Debojit and I are doing it for sure. I will talk to Monica Bedi, Rahul Mahajan and Ashutosh Kaushik, after the New Year begins as they are busy with their New Year commitments. Participants from season one are also welcome. It will be a one and a half hour show.”

But license of the show is with the production house only. So taking about it, Zulfi added, “I will talk to channel and production house in the next few days. If at all license becomes an issue then we will not name our play Bigg Boss. As far as the director is concerned I will have to hire a professional play director.”

The play is supposed to premiere in February 2009.
