Danny Boyle of Slumdog Millionaire fame next plans to make film on real life trial of American mountaineer Aron Ralston. The film is titled as 127 Hours. It will tell you story of the mountaineer who was stuck against the Utah mountainside for five days in 2003. Aron was stuck in there for five days without water, eventually drank his own urine to deal with dehydration. Finally to survive he cut off his arm (which was trapped beneath the rock) with blunt knife and a pair of pliers.
Aron later wrote a book on his trying experience named ‘Between a Rock and a Hard Place’. The book became quite famous amongst American talk show world. According to sources Christian Colson, producer of Slumdog… will also work on the film. However buzz also has that actor Ryan Gosling might play the mountaineer.
